My years as a business owner and IT consultant to Fortune 100 companies developed my ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients by listening to their needs and constructing a plan to achieve their goals. Originally from Brazil, I came to the US via Europe and the greater NYC area instantly became my new home. Motivated by the creative energy of New York, I can’t imagine myself living anywhere else. Architecture and contemporary design inspire me, and I enjoy introducing people to landmarkbuildings that have been converted to spectacular lofts and cutting edge historic new developments from award-winning architects. I frequently have the privilege of assisting international clients relocating to the area, guiding them through their first property purchase, helping them choose the best neighborhood and explaining all aspects of a real estate transaction.
